Hilltop began as a simple side hustle, born from a love of sharing the flavours of home. What started small has now grown into a full-time business, creating a space where our Pacific food can be enjoyed by everyone.

We believe island food doesn’t have to be ordinary, it should be vibrant, soulful, and full of life. Opening our shop gave Hilltop a face and a place where people could come together over the dishes we grew up with.

Today, Hilltop proudly caters for corporate events, community gatherings, and special occasions. While Samoan food remains at the heart of what we do, we also showcase flavours from across the Pacific, celebrating the richness and diversity of our culture.
